Derek Swanson brings over twenty-five years of experience working on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions across a variety of industries, executing on hundreds of transactions.  At Align, Derek manages a team of talented and experienced professionals dedicated to the highest level of service and exceptional client outcomes.  Derek lives in Trumbull, CT with his wife Jessica and daughters Evie and Emma…and occasionally may be found at the golf course, struggling to find the fairway.  Derek holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant University and a M.B.A from University of Connecticut.
