Renny Sie started her career with Goldman Sachs as a private wealth manager where she worked with ultra-high net worth clients in Florida. In her role, she advised clients on complex financial situations including exit planning and investment management.

Renny then joined Boyne Capital, a Miami based lower middle market private equity firm in 2018 where she was responsible to source investment opportunities and support the firm’s relationships with investors. Throughout her career, Renny has spoken on panels at numerous industry conferences. She was named Up and Coming Woman in PE, Honorable Mention Most Influential Women in Middle Market M&A in 2021 and awarded Emerging Leader Award by The M&A Advisor in 2022.
