Bryan Marks has over 6 years of experience in investment banking and accounting. At Align, he supports all phases of the deal cycle but focuses on the prospecting and marketing phases. Prior to Align, Bryan was an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel Financial Corp. At Stifel, he was involved in drafting marketing materials for sell-side M&A engagements, building financial models, and supporting the diligence process. Bryan started his career in public accounting in the audit practice at RSM US LLP. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and minor in Spanish from Salisbury University.
