We believe in giving back
Kindness. Community. Service.
Life’s most persistent and urgent question is…what are you doing for others? -Martin Luther King Jr.
Align was founded on a belief that companies have a social responsibility to give back to the community in which they operate. It’s about being apart of something bigger than ourselves. By providing kindness, support, and service to others, we only improve our community and world for the better. We all rise if we lift up others.

Times Up Legal Defense Fund
The clock has run out on sexual assault, harassment and inequality in the workplace. It's time to do something about it.
TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund will provide subsidized legal support to women and men who have experienced sexual harassment, assault, or abuse in the workplace and while in pursuit of their careers. The Fund will ultimately be housed at and administrated by the National Women’s Law Center, an established, national women’s rights legal organization.
Powered by women, TIME’S UP addresses the systemic inequality and injustice in the workplace that have kept underrepresented groups from reaching their full potential. It partners with leading advocates for equality and safety to improve laws, employment agreements, and corporate policies; help change the face of corporate boardrooms and the C-suite; and enable more women and men to access our legal system to hold wrongdoers accountable.
Diversity is a founding principle for our firm. Align supports initiatives such as TIMES UP to ensure today’s women and future generations won’t have to endure this discrimination, abuse, and inequality. In addition, Align is working to organize local events and resources to bring this national awareness into our community. More to come on that. #TimesUpOrlando

American Heart Association – Circle of Red
Heart Disease is the #1 Killer of Women
The American Heart Association is the nation’s oldest and largest voluntary organization dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. Founded by six cardiologists in 1924, the organization now includes more than 22.5 million volunteers and supporters. It funds innovative research, fight for stronger public health policies, and provide critical tools and information to save and improve lives.
Go Red For Women encourages awareness of the issue of women and heart disease, and also action to save more lives. The movement harnesses the energy, passion and power women have to band together and collectively wipe out heart disease. It challenges them to know their risk for heart disease and take action to reduce their personal risk. It also gives them the tools they need to lead a heart healthy life.
In 2010, the American Heart Association (AHA) set a strategic goal of reducing death and disability from cardiovascular disease and strokes by 20 percent while improving the cardiovascular health of all Americans by 20 percent by the year 2020. Align is passionate about women’s heart health, and it will continue to support the AHA in its goal of improving the lives of women and all who suffer from cardiovascular disease.
