Hollie Finley brings over 18 years of finance and accounting experience working with both public and private organizations across multiple industries. Prior to joining Align, she held finance and accounting leadership roles at both mid-market and startup companies where she had overall responsibility of financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls and strategic planning. Hollie began her career at Ernst and Young serving multinational clients. Throughout her career, Hollie has worked with operational management to effectively execute strategies while accelerating financial performance.

Hollie is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she holds a bachelor’s degree in both accounting and finance.
