Rem LeBow has nearly a decade of M&A, capital markets, and asset management experience. As an Associate on Align Business Advisory Services’ Deal Fulfillment Team, Rem focuses on advising founder and family-owned businesses on majority recapitalization transactions, striving to maximize value and favorable outcomes for clients.

Prior to Align, Rem held multiple deal team roles at a single-family office, where he focused on healthcare real estate and service company leveraged buyouts and minority interest equity investments. Previously, Rem held various advisory positions within Vanguard’s Family Office Services Group.

Rem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
